I have over 10 years of experience in designing and developing creative, highly impactful e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions that drive real results, solve problems, and enable performance change. I'm meticulous with details, passionate about clean, thoughtful visual design, and always focused on creating a positive and intuitive learner experience. 

I value diverse perspectives and believe the best learning experiences come from seeing challenges through the learner’s eyes. 

I’m constantly building my own skills to better understand how people interact with technology and how I can create seamless, engaging experiences. As an example, I've recently dived deep into coding and UX design and been able to apply those skills to projects in impactful ways.
